Summary Jill Caviglia-Harris led a National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center (SESYNC) working group to investigate the impacts of forest cover change on hydrological services in the Brazilian Amazon. She describes how she developed a cohesive interdisciplinary and multi-cultural group by integrating and expanding upon the facilitation and collaboration skills she learned as a Leopold Leadership fellow.
